Data Analysis
We have a new versions of our Data Analysis programs to show you as well as
a new program you may not have seen yet.
For those of you who enjoy using Excel for you data analysis, we have
upgraded our Decode program to allow operator selection of decoded test
data. This is especially useful if you are using our DM610
instrumentation for oxide testing and you want to display specific soft
failure data.
MIDAP has been improved to increase capability and make it even easier to use.
MI-Spec is a new program for data analysis. The first analysis
package from this program is electromigration. MI-Spec includes all of
the common calculations and graphs you need.
