MIC Test Software for Process Evaluation
MIC test software is turnkey simple, with protected access to its
flexibility. Because MIC test software has a large customer base
and spans many years, it has an extensive feature set. Use the
features that match your requirements; the unused features are transparent to your operator.
A major strength of MIC software is the easy availability of test status at a glance. The parameter setup,
status of the system, and status of each DUT is instantly available before
and during test. During test, each DUT is color coded for status, and a
click of the mouse brings up a status chart or graph.
MIC provides a distributed control in the PC (using Windows NT operating
system), embedded control in the test boards, and the option for network
capability. A standard database and analysis module are included in the
system.
